Since it's been sitting for so long I am pretty sure other problems will pop up so here is the factory service manual which has decent troubleshooting guides and wiring diagrams:

Thanks..Now I was wondering if you could swap a 1985 fuel tank with a 1990 fuel tank....It will mount up but I was wondering if the fuel pump and fuel tank will work.
The 90 tank would be from a 22RE or 3.slo V6, both EFI and fuel pump in tank. The 85 is probably a 22R and carbed, with a mechanical pump on the engine. If you're really lucky it's a 22RE so no problems, but if 22R you may be able to get away by not hooking up the wires and using the in-tank elec pump.
