1990 corolla 4afe dead cylinder

hey, i have a 1990 corolla with the 4a-fe fuel inected engine. i had noticed the car was suddenly gutless, so i investigated it and found out it was a cylinder that was not firing. i checked for spark and it is sparking fine, then i checked the injecter wire plugs and the dead cylinder plug wasn't giving out any pulse. how could i go about finding where the damage is in the link from the computer to the wiring harness? thanks Dustin

I believe all the injectors run on the same wires, they arent independently wired.
It works so that the other wire has 12V constant and the other wire grounds it, so basically theres no pulse.
