I just bought a used Factory roof rack for my 90 Runner. I was wondering if anyone has installed one of these and knows the procedure and what hardware in needed.

Sorry guys I do not.
If I were to install it on my 4runner I would temp mount the rack and mark the location of the holes, drill them, install bolts and nuts into a backing plate underneath the roof.
I would remove the headliner and use locktite. The nice thing about the the used OEM ones is that there is no second guessing where it is going to mount or if you are going to hit a roof support.
Make sure you also apply rust check, primer or paint into the holes via a paint brush to keep the rust out. Use gaskets to keep the water out of the holes. :thumbsup:
