Were selling this 1991 popup we bought last year and used one time. We just bought a larger camper and would like to make room in the driveway. The canvas is in good shape with one small patch by the door. The screens are all there and in good shape. Its got AC and heat that both work mint! We camped at eh catskills when it was 20* outside and we were nice and warm. There is also a refridgearator that works off of gas This works too, The hot water does not work it need to be repaired or replaced. The wheel bearings and tires were replaced last year and have maybe 1000 or less miles on them. All the lights work. Its got a porta potty and shower. I have not used them yet. I just washed all the bed coverings. It does not smell inside or anything like that. Im looking for a serious buyer. Its stored in my back yard and has been closed and covered (cover comes with it) since 10/07 of last year. I will open it for a serious buyer. You get a brand new battery I bought last year as well. Im trying to play it by ear. I hear snow for fri/sat :-(
I think the weight is 2300#'s
The one bed is a queen and the other bed is a full
I also just treated the canvas with aerospace 303 canvas sealer. I also painted the roof and sealed and seams that needed.
I have a clean title in hand
