hi there just bought a 91 camry DX and was wondering which types of engines fit, or are close to fitting. I heard the JDM 3S-GTE Turbo 2nd Gen Toyota MR2 Engine 5 Speed LSD Swap, was a good one but i want some opinions first.:thanks:

There are multiple options for engines. If you do a 3s-gte, get one from a Celica so the wiring harness, accessories and water inlet/outlet are compatible with the FWD Camry. If you have an auto, you will have to swap to a manual trans at the same time.
There are many other engines that can be swapped in with various amounts of work: 5s-fe, 3s-ge, 2vz-fe, 3vz-fe, 1mz-fe, 3mz-fe, etc. Each one has its own benefits and drawbacks.
