CAR = "LE" with electronic shift.
i started loosing reverse a week ago & know i've lost everything no matter what gear i put it in i get no action. do you think it's an electronic problem or tranny failure.
fyi i changed the tranny fluid a month ago.
reverse would work if i revved the engine up a bit. whay should i check first ?

Sounds like its time for a rebuild.

Often, if the tranny fluid hasn't been changed for a really long time, the new fluid will ruin the tranny - sorry to say.

Charlie called it right.

Since my tranny replacement, I change my tranny fluid every spring without fail.

The Gen2 automatic tranny has maintenance that commands attention.
