1991 n/a mr2 for sale

Well, i really dont want to, but, being in college right now, i cant afford her any more. im selling my mr2. its a 1991 n/a, has t-tops, and 5 speed. its red, the body is totally stock, there is a few scratches, and the paint is chipping somewhat in the back. the body has no dents. the chasis has 200XXX miles on it. i just put a new 5sfe in it, and there is no more then 3000 miles on it if that. i have a receipt for the new engine, and it was installed by a toyota/lexus specialist. also with the new engine, i put in a new clutch/pressure plate, and re-machined the flywheel. there is a brand new alternator in there with no more then 300 miles on it, as well as a new battery that has higher output then the stock battery . the engine runs fine, theres no problems with it. i also started to restore the interior a litte. i put in a brand new oem shiftboot, and a brand new passenger t-top. the steering wheel shows its age, but i have had it covered since i got it to prevent any further damage. also, the seat covers may have some fading, im not sure as i also put covers on those to prevent fading. no cracks on the dash or center console. the ash tray is cracked, but i guess thats to be expected. also, its missing the a/c knob and two of the a/c buttons are worn. also, it will have the stock cd player/tape player in it and boston acoustics 6 1/2 two ways in the doors. it has one problem though, which is why i am selling. there is something wrong with the tranny. i dont have enough money to have it opened up and looked at, and i dont have the experience to do it my self. the stick shift is very, very stiff in neutral. it was like this last time i drove it, and it got less stiff as i drove, so it is driveable if you want to take the time and be careful, but you may have to have it towed, im not sure as i havent driven it in a while. i am located in socal, in whittier. i will ship out of state at buyers expense. this car is perfect and ready for a 3sgte or 1mfze swap. e-mail me offers at [email protected] please, i really need a new car as i have to move back to irvine for college/work and i have to have a car
