I have a 91 yota 4runner with the 3.0 v6. Just did a complete engine swap, swaped with same exact motor. I had a big problem on first start up, I was dumping raw fuel out the exhaust an a crazy idle, well come to find out I had the fuel return line in wrong placed so that problem is fixed no more fuel out exhaust an idles ok. Now I'm leaking fuel out the EGR port where it bolts on to the intake right under the cold start injector. Could my cold start injector be pumping constantly causing fuel to leak down to the EGR port causing it to leak out the gasket?
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice

I suppose that's possible. Have you tried unplugging the CSI and see if it stops?
