Hi all, my LC just suddenly decided to not crank. When I turn the key to the "on" position, everything lights up but there is no crank and really, no sound at all. It has a new battery. We replaced the EFI relay. My husband used a voltag meter along the wires to the starter. No obvious problems there.
We had it running while we worked on the brakes. Started with no problems. Turned it off for about fifteen minutes. Went to restart and NOTHING. Well, no crank. I tried the shift lock override trick, nothing. There had never been a problem with the starter. No grinding, no hesitation. I did have to use the switch lock override every now and then. It would start right up. It's been three months of it sitting there and me watching countless YouTube videos and I'm nowhere closer to getting it going. I've had a few people say it's the starter, it's an old starter, go ahead and replace it. But it's been my experience that starters give signs before they start to go up. Again, this starter was fine. Can anyone help?
