1993 toyota pickup 22re no tach or speedometer

awhile ago i was hooking up a stereo in my truck and there was a plug disconnected and i couldnt figure out where it went so i cut it off and the i realized it went to the Relay Light Reminder the little tan box that is bolted below the stereo. and wired it all back together and plugged it in and i have no speedometer or tach the light gaugle clusters lights work but no tach or speedometer. i checked fuses under the hood and inside and they were good, i even tried a different relay light reminder box and they still didnt work

any ideas?
