The title pretty much says it all.
1994 Twin Turbo 6spd, 170,000 miles on it. 99% stock, just a turbo-back exhaust.

Car idles perfect, revs and drives, albeit with no power.
There's a minor hint of smoke at idle, but when you accelerate, there's no boost and she turns into a fogger. The smoke is burning oil, not coolant. There's no oil in the intake piping.
I've pulled the intake pipe from the front turbo. It's spins freely but she's got a small amount of shaft play. Nothing that would lead me to believe it's out.

I wanted to get some more input before I started pulling things that need a lot of gaskets/hardware to replace.

I'm leaning towards a blown rear turbo but wanted to see what you guy all thought too.

Smoke is always bad, but you should see something. Do you hear one or more spool up when driving? Perhaps a split intercooler hose venting out...

Smoke is coming out of the exhaust only, no where else. You can hear what sounds like a feeble attempt at a spool up- but there's nothing there.
