1. Keep trying ebay or head to a local junkyard.
2. You can buy it and install it. I'm pretty sure it's a simple swap. My '93 didn't come with one but it already had the wiring for it. I just bought a separate tach and installed that because I couldn't find a cluster with a tach on it.
3. No idea. Probably more than would be worth it though.
4. Again not sure, but I bet it's possible. Just splice it to your directionals or parking lights or both.
