I plan to replace my plugs,plug wires,distributor cap and rotor button on the noted engine.Is there anything not to be used for this or I guess my question is what is best and where to buy it?

You can but what you need separately or as a kit. Problem with the kits is the plugs might be quality but the wires are questionable. Make a list and check out what Rock-Auto can do for you. I like NGK for plugs and wires. Or Denso.
Beware of Amazon and Ebay, members are finding questionable and outright counterfeit parts when they arrive.
I Googled the kits and they contain an air filter besides what you mentioned and run about $125.00

Thank you! I am not surprised about Amazon and Ebay,I am actually surprised counterfeit stuff has not appeared earlier.I did check RockAuto and I am pretty much sure they have what I need.
