1996 camry 4 cyl, just bought it 2 days ago with 90k. its up for an oil change at 92k and i was wondering what kind of oil i should i use. should i go full synthetic (if so, what brands) or just go conventional run of the mill type oil. i want this car to last for a long timee

Whats the service history? If it's been properly maintained, I'd go synthetic. You probably won't develop leaks.

If you don't know, I'd stick with dino. Maybe castrol GTX.

At 92k I'd consider a high mileage oil. I prefer Valvoline High mileage syn-blend. But EVERYONE here has their own oils that they like.
