I have quite a bit of static coming through my stock radio. The motor was recently replaced and I did not have this problem before the motor swap. I went in added a ground from the body to the frame and nothing. I then moved that ground to between the engine to the frame. Any thoughts ?

Yep, the antenna is plugged in. Is there an antenna filter wire that could have been bumped in the process of the engine swap that is allowing for more static with the new motor?

Pull the spark plugs out and make sure they all have an "R" for resistor on them. If not, they can cause interference in your radio.

If the antenna itself is grounded poorly, you can get a lot of static.
