Car was running just fine before I had to garage it for couple of weeks since I Was on a trip. I get back and find out that the battery is dead. WEll I went ahead and installed a new battery but now car keeps cranking but wont start. Security light is blinking also. I Called toyota and they were no help.

Any help?

First of all, you could've just jumped the old battery as it was probably still good. Is the new battery charged?

I don't know how long you were on your trip but you might have to pour in some good gas. happened you my brother before when he left his car for almost 2 weeks, came back, turned on his car but didn't work, pour in some new gas and gave the car some gas while turning the key for a while and it works. also check your timing belt cause it might be slipping.
