My horn works, the light suddenly came on months ago and remains on.

My battery is fine, for some reason i suspect its something with my seatbelt.. Any input?

I havent scanned for any codes. probably becauuse everything else appears to be working fine and its a glitch of some sort

Yep- you need to have the codes read. You car is nearly twenty years old. There are a bunch of things that could cause that light to come on- the only way to know what's causing it is to have the codes read. That can give you a starting point. It could be faulty sensor, a loose or corroded connection, or a bunch of other things.

Good luck.

My seatbelt light was always on. I just got to the switch under the seat that connected to the seatbelt, disconnected it and closed the wiring at the harness. Maybe not the best way, but on a 95 where I never drive without the seatbelt it worked for me.

It would also help diagnose as to belt switch or not.

Edit: Ignore the above, obviously I confused SRS with seat belts.
