they should sell a repair piece at the dealer

or, you can buy a cut off of that piece from the harness from a scrap yard

Use waterproof, heat shrink sealing butt connectors to attach the new piece to your harness. Unwrap the tape/covering from as much of the harness as you can, to get enough wire to work with (more is better, it makes the workability much easier), and then re-wrap the protective covering when you are done.

oh, wait a minute, all you need is the resin housing of the connector. Skip the above, what we need to do is figure out the part number of that resin connector housing for a 2001 Camry alternator.

after a brief search, it turns out the straight, 3 pin alternator wire harness female connector used by Toyota (i.e. Denso) alternators from '93~'03 was:
90980-11349

One of those should take care of your repair.
