Correction PO130. Check engine light came on yesterday so I took the truck to Auto zone. The code was PO130. The slip he gave me does not have Toyota truck on It so I do not know the definitions of what is wrong with the truck. I have changed out the front O2 sensor about 6 mo ago before this happened. The truck does have a O2 sensor behind the cat also that has never been replaced and the truck now has 130,000 miles.

Bank 1 Sensor 1 O2 sensor.

Not up on this engine but the Bank 1 (cylinder head) has the No 1 cylinder. This would be the first sensor coming of this cylinder head on the exhaust system.
