Hello everybody, new to this thing.

Just bought myself HID and installed it myself, but one big problem, when put on drive with the headlights on off position, the HID flickers, but when headlights turned to on position, it works fine.

Can anyone help me or any suggestion is appreciated.

I think you need to disable the daytime running lamps, it may be interfering with the HIDs. Moving this to general discussions where you'll get more help too...

My contribution is not technical...

I noticed that you are also in Canada. Daytime running lights are a legal necessity in Canada. What I am saying is that it is probably illegal to disable the daytime running lights on your Canadian vehicle, so I would not go and disable them without checking the legalities first. I would not want you to be charged because of some advice you received on an international forum. (DRLs are NOT a legal necessity in the USA, I believe.)

IOW, you need to rewire your DRLs to the high beams and run it at reduced intensity. Also, I suggest running your HIDs at full power (i.e. headlight in the "ON" position) until you figure out your DRL issue because a) you'll get pulled over for no DRLs and b) you'll bust your HID kit by letting it flicker.
