2002 toyota camery se v6

I have a question that regardes to accilerator when I push It feels like there is something blocking it and it dose not go all the way when it should be easy to step on it I want to know if there is any problem with my car again accilerator dose not work as it was working before it's hard to push it seems like it's stuck please let me know If you had the same problem and what is the cuse of this problem thank you
