I am incharge of taking senior citizens to and from the doctors office and etc. I recently had a moment when my drivers side front tire popped and damaged the turning light and what i come to terms as being the electrical system wires that have come loose and tend to scrap the tire. The car still runs but wires spark when touched by tire and trigger horn to sound off. Please help me so I can continue to help my community.

All wires are color-coded, it may be possible to find the ends of each wire and reconnect them based on the same color wire. Use electrical tape to do this.

If this is not possible find some electrical tape then tape each wire separately to cover the exposed ends and sections. Once this is done tape the wires out of the way so that the tire no longer hits them.

To remove the fixture, open the hood and look at the light fixture frame, there should be a bolt to the right of left of frame (depending on which if left of right fixture) that attaches the fixture to the car.

From your description it appears horn and turning light has been damaged.
