My sister recently got a 2003 Highlander and is wanting to get a radio with Bluetooth as well as incorporating a backup camera. Not really sure where to start. I was curious if anyone has added one to their 2003.

I replaced the JBL system in my 2004 Limited with an Alpine Android Auto/Apple CarPlay unit. After bypassing the JBL amp and replacing door speakers, I've been very pleased with the setup. Additionally, I used this camera...looks like OEM to me. ;-) (Pardon the dirty rear hatch.)

Appreciate it - kind of hard having to help her in a different state. Used to be in the same city.
