Not exactly purring like a kitten, almost sounds like a diesel. Any dash CEL on? Read it even if not lit, may have a pending code, lets hope it does so you'll have a clue.

Sounds like its missing, may have an accessory or idler bearing going out.

It's actually misfiring and vibrating while idling. What should I check first? I assume I should check spark plugs/ ignition coils? Maybe fuel injectors?

Need to hook up a scan tool and view live data. You'll often be able to see where a misfire is and possibly what's causing it pretty quickly.
I did. Cylinder 4 and 6 are misfiring. I've been trying to diagnose what is causing it. I checked many things with a multimeter, but I'm not seeing any coils or spark plugs that are bad. I'm replacing the cover gasket and spark plugs in a few days. Hopefully that fixes it.

Can you see coil pack voltage in the live data? Maybe disconnect a bad one and probe the connector with a meter and see if it has power there? Swap coils 4 and 5 and see what happens. Lots of stuff to try.
