A couple answers to this simple question..
1) Is the antenna extended?
2) If it's a power antenna, is it extended when the radio is turned on?
3) Is the antenna cable connected to the rear of the headunit via the antenna slot?
4) If it's a power antenna and it doesn't extend when the radio is activated, it may be a problem with your wiring harness. Try looking at the stock one and making sure the correct wire is connected and not ripped\shorted.
