After a boosting mishap that blew the main 100 amp fuse (now replaced) the interior light, radio and clock no longer work. Thought it was a fuse issue, was told it's the 4th fuse in on the bottom row that's labelled "CIG". Checked fuse, it is fine, cigarette lighter works........need to find cause of problem, lack of radio is driving me crazy...

Check 8, 21 (doubtful), and 28 (although you already looked at that one):
