2005 Highlander sunroof leak into fuse panel

Anybody else have an issue with the sunroof leaking during a heavy rain? My driver's side drain tube was clogged & allowed the water to get into the fuse box. The car still started and everything was normal until the next day, went out to the car & absolutely nothing works. I read a post somewhere that said after the fuse box dries out, the car will work as normal again... Just curious if anybody else has run into the issue & if simply letting it dry out worked
