I have a 2005 Toyota PreRunner w/2.7L , and Manual Trnas.
When I first got the truck it got a consistent 26 MPG on the interstate.
And 23 MPG city.

I recently got a shell credit card with the 5% discount on all Shell Station Gasoline. I had not checked my mileage in over a year. And to day checked it. I'm getting 21.2 MPG interstate?????

Only thing I've done is changed Air Filter. I'm thinking ?Maybe?
it is the 90/10 Ethanol mix? Has anyone else done any comparision on the 2
as for MPG?

On top of the ethanol, there is a "winter mix" gas for cold weather. Our Taco's really do not like this gas. Don't get me wrong... it will run OK, but you can expect a 2-3 mpg loss during the colder weather.

Check it again in the late spring/early summer.

that's why ethanol is a joke. I was getting close to 18 city and 21 hwy, until last fall. it cooled off and Missouri(where I fill up) started 10% ethanol requirement in their gas. I also have a 5% shell card, and shell was one of the stations with no ethanol, until the law changed. so now I'm at 13.6 city with 87 octane and 10% ethanol, if I use 89 octane I get 14.2, and 4 cents more a gallon.

There are many studies of Ethanol (and you can find them on the web). Ethanol is a very INEFFICIENT fuel. If you were to run 85 percent ethanol, you'd find a minimum 30 percent loss of mileage. The government knows this but ethanol is not as bad for the air even with the mpg loss...so we pay more for better air.
