I recently purchased a used 2005 LE that has the in-dash 6-CD changer. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the sound quality (my Explorer had a kick-*** Mach system, subwoofer, etc so I guess I'm a little spoiled).
Has anyone a good recommendation on upgrading the sound quality without replacing the in-dash unit? Or perhaps it just doesn't have enough power for the speakers it does have?
