In the literature under specificationas for spare tire, only temparary is
mentioned.
Does the Pius come with a spare tire or at least a donut with a jack in the
case of a flat tire?

A temporary spare tire is the proper term for what manny people refer to as
a "donut" spare, so a vehicle with a temporary spare tire will have a jack
as well. A temporary tire is generally lighter than a full-size spare and
is often used to improve fuel economy ratings since the vehicle is hauling
around less weight. As the name suggests, temporary tires should not be
used for long distances because they do not dissipate heat as well as a
conventional tire and the narrower tread width can affect vehicle handling
and load capacity.

If you mean the Prius, in the UK at least the T4 (mid-spec pack)
comes with a temporary tyre. There are also basic tools needed
for a tyre change. AIUI, US packages can be fancier.
