I've got a 2007 that I purchased when it had 100,000 miles. It now has almost 130,000 miles, one year later.

I did not know the previous owner so I have no idea of previous maintenance. I've had the spark plugs replaced, and done brake work, but other than routine oil changes that's all I've done.

What are the necessary maintenance routines that need to be done at 130,000 miles?

Also, one of my son's drives a '13 Prius. When his engine kicks in, it's much smoother than my Camry. My Camry has a noticeable shudder. Is that normal.

Thanks for your help!

I would replace the engine coolant, inverter coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and look at the struts.

Here is a DIY (Note: You will need to purchase a copy of Toyota Techstream):

Here's a transmission fluid replacement DIY also:

I would also recommend you go to techinfo.toyota.com and get a 2 day subscription. From there you can review and download the entire factory repair manual for your use.

You DO NOT have to run Toyota coolant or Toyota WS ATF in your hybrid. Recommended P-HOAT coolants and WS compatible ATF (I highly recommend Valvoline Maxlife) can be found here:.
