2007 Camry Wiper arm torque ...

Be grateful if anyone with a FSM could give me the torque spec for the nut that holds the wiper arm to the transmission.

Just replaced both sides and I think I have it a bit over torqued.

Cheers from DE

Welcome to the site bob.

Are you talking the windshield wiper? That does not connect to the transmission. I have the FSM for the '09 at home, would have to hunt for that, but if you tighten the nut on the wiper arm and give it a smidge more torque it will be fine. Isn't it a nut with a cap on it? Meaning you really can't crank down "too far".

Thanks to those that answered. Got out the old snap-on and cranked it to 15 ft-lb.
