Don't like the recirculate coming on, pay your dealer to change parameters....
Easy Nj, lots of new owners/members here.
Anyway, your car is programmed to attempt to cool the interior as quickly as it can. It's programmed on the ASSUMPTION that recirculate will do that, but this is not always the case (but often it is). I thought about going for the reprogramming myself, but elected to leave the car as is, and handle this chore manually (I mean, how hard is one button push????). My Camry is black, and I live in Florida, so during the summer, THE critical variable is where I parked the car -- in the sun or out of it. I find that this is something I have to judge for myself, and respond to, on a day-by-day basis. Thus, I don't really care what the car is programmed to do presumptively -- sometimes I let it do its thing, sometimes I override it. No sense in paying for a change, when I'll be manually changing the car's response often anyway. See how it works for you, and go from there.
