Others may have more experience with this sort of thing than I, but try checking the fuses and relays located under the hood on the drivers side. I think they're labeled under the plastic cover.
2007 highlander electric gremlin- power windows, seat heaters, turn signals not working and airbag light is on.
Don't see any blown fuses and not sure if there's a single relay that covers all of these items. Advice on where to start looking for the issue?

Check fuse IG1 in fuse block left of steering column to start
No blown fuses. I don't have the means to test relays
