I have a 2007 quad cap TRD sport and it’s time for new tires before the winter hits. I am interested in lifting my truck so I can fit 32" or 33" BFG all-terrains. With no local 4x4 shop I am struggling to figure out my options. Here is what I know so far:

Currently I am running 265/65/R17 stock tires and stock rims

I want to lift the truck 3" max (possibly looking at the tuff country kit)http://www.tuffcountry.com/suspension-kit/toyota-tacoma-2005-06-lift-kits.html is 32" tires really all I can get with this kit?

I want to fit either 32" or 33" BFG all-terrains

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Also I still have the stock rims and am considering purchasing new rims to save on the cost of the tire. I have to problems with the aluminum rims leaking air in the cold Montana winters and would like to prevent any future problems.

Thanks again

OME 886's up front with a Dakar OME rear leaf pack, matching shocks. Total Chaos UCA's. Simple and reliable. (but yes, read the stickies!)
