If you can drive that far in 9 years and the car does not spend it's winters in the rust belt then I don't see why it won't go another 200K.

That it lives in London Ontario already says a lot. Either you're not constantly replacing parts and faced with nuts and bolts that break off or you've been oil spraying the old girl (relatively speaking) ever since day one. Toyotas used to be 'rust buckets' right through the 1980s but they seem to have got their sh-- together as of the 1990s. Mine (an 05) is still in pretty good shape given how much salt Ottawa spreads on the streets during the winter.
A JDM lo-mile replacement engine for this is $299 in Toronto so carry on.
