Was on a trip and stopped then when leaving the store when the doors locked the VSC off light started flashing and the brake light, ABS, and skid control lights came on. Does not seem to be any driving problems. Checked codes and have a C0278, and C1310. No other codes. Thank you in advance for any help.

Take a look at this and this.
And plenty more if you google.
While there are many problems that can contribute to all those lights coming on at once, it's typically only one thing. The one thing will trigger all the lights to make sure you know there's a problem. It could be simply you are low on brake fluid, check the level in the MC reservoir.
There are also TSBs for similar issues on earlier Sequoias.

You can also search the Sequoia, Tundra, Taco, and 4Runner sections here for the same thing.

Quick check would be to delete codes.
If they come back then need to do some power/ground tests.
BBBind.com should have schematic for your SUV.

C1310- don't have a good handle on this one.

Thank you looks like its going to be the abs actuator and this would also be possibly why the cruise control does not work either. as it uses the brakes to slow down the car.
