A lot of folks here have used 'generic' stereos like the one you linked to, with good results. I'll let them weigh in. If you're going with brand name, review this forum I participated in, lots of good info. It's a bit more work than the good ole days of harness and swap, but still not too difficult:

What has been you guys put in your cars I was thinking of going with alpine 7inch but then I stumbled upon this wondering if anyone has ever used these???

I had this in my 2013. It was a 10.1" android unit. It works good, but Bluetooth was terrible. Installation was plug and play, about 20 minutes without cutting any wires and it is totally reversable.

I bought same for my 2016 and 2018 camrys.

Was the Bluetooth just spotty? What do you lose when you take the factory unit out? I’m guessing DRL control, Beep feedback volume, etc. if you set these before you replace the unit, will the settings stay?

Settings stay but you get an app in this radio which can still set those settings, maybe not all but DRL and light behavior is there. But however you set it up before removing oem radio will stay.

As far as Bluetooth, whoever I was talking to from my car couldn't hear me, I bought about 5 different microphones and found one half descent, but no match to oem mic. Luckily I don't talk on the phone when I drive so it doesn't bother me.
