My 2013 got hit by crazy cyclist & the right side bumper got popped out. It wont just pop back in. It looks like some attachment point
got ripped off. Is there any simple fix other than replacing the whole thing ? TIA.

Ghat "attachment point" can be had as a part. Ask a body shop about ordering it.

Quick search didn't return anything on "ghat attachment point" so I'm not sure what you're talking about.
In any case, I found the solution. Thank god for the internet.
Lol. Sorry. I meant that. The piece isn't real expensive.

These "attachment points" or tabs are part of the bumper and most likely it got stock under the bolt that attaches the bumper to the quarter panel. The only thing you can do is to remove that 10mm bolt (you'll see it if you look on the bottom edge of the quarter panel) and remove that broken off tab. Then get some aluminum or pretty strong plastic sheet and cut a connecting plate big enough to be glued to the bumper (put underneath of the bumpers edge) and then epoxy the rest of the tab on top of the plate. Let it cure and drill a hole for the bolt and then drill a few tiny hols through the bumper and plate and tab and plate and use some very small screws to connect the pieces of the bumper and that connecting plate, cuz epoxy alon might be not strong enough to hold these pieces together.
Even if the bumper support (black plastic part) has a few broken or stripper tabs don't worry about it, the edge of the bumper will clip inside anyway and will stay in place if you fix that bolt tab.
