Make sure the color matches the color code printed on the sticker on the inside of the driver's door sill.

Or feel/Look for overspray on the pillars where the door covers.

Or just ask the dealership?

Usually a repaint is only the body. Check the paint under the hood or where the trunk lid gasket is. See if there are any obvious differences. Get a car fax, see if it's been in an accident?

You can ask for a copy of the Carfax and see if the vehicle was involved in an accident.

Is this being sold by a large dealership?

Yes it is a reliable dealership, it appears to be a lease back. They claim it's a one owner car with no accidents which the carfax report verifies. But carfax reports aren't that reliable, so that's why I asked what the corolla community says.

Besides the paint have a qualified mechanic test engine/trans/suspension before purchase.

Always a good idea when buying a used car.

If it had a clear bra on it and it was removed when the lease was returned the paint would look brand new. If it's been repainted you should be able to tell unless they did a great job. If that is the case then be happy it looks new!
