I replaced the run-flats on my Van with regular tires (235/55/18). I can get a spare tire (165/80/17). The tire circumference is -2.45" and the Rev/Mile is 20.37 more. Would this work as a spare, or should I just purchase an identical wheel and tire so I can continue on my way until I get the flat repaired? Thanks.
