Hi. My Venza has the biege seats and they collect dirt/stains very easily. Looking for a waterproof, close fitting cover if anybody has suggestions.

Clazzio makes the best seat covers I've found, but they aren't cheap. A set for the front, rear and head rests is $400-$600 depending on your choices, but they are quality covers that fit very well.
