Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find a thread through multiple searches.

I'd like to update a couple components in my 2013 Camry. One of which is the Steering wheel. Would a 2015 Camry Steering wheel work/install in a 2013 Camry?

I would say if the buttons are all the same, that means usually the wiring is the same.

If the newer wheel has more options, then the wiring will most likely be different.

One thing automakes try to do is keep things the same as changing something simple that might cost 2.00 per unit, will cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.

So, they try to keep things the same to keep costs down.
