Hello all, anyone out there is experiencing or has experienced water infiltration in the driver side rear passenger door when it rains with their Hilux. My 3 other doors have not water infiltration and I talked with two other friends who owns Hilux and said that they don't have that issue.
I was at the dealer, in Costa Rica, last Monday and the mechanic and the service manager said that is normal(holes in the bottom of the doors are there to evacuate water). I told them : " I guess my 3 other doors have a problem; they don't let water in! Response from them: SILENCE....

I had different car models and make in my life and it is the first time that I own a Toyota. Hopefully they don't built like this.

Anyone knows how to get in touch with Toyota, I guess Toyota international, since I live in Costa Rica? In my view, it is not normal that a door window takes in water.

Thank you anyone from your response.

First off, welcome to TN!

They're probably correct. It's normal for water to get inside all vehicle doors, but usually the drains let it out before it's noticeable. Sometimes leaves or dirt clogs those drain holes. Look for them along the bottom-most edge and try clearing them with compressed air or a stick or something.
