We always park our cars in the garage overnight but last night we left our HiHy in the driveway. Late at night my wife noticed a blinking blue light in the interior of the car near the passenger door. Any idea what that is?

Also, what is the upper dashboard symbol that looks like a house (in red)?

I can't find this info in the manual.
