Try searching for one in a different color. I believe the color you are searching is new for 2017 Rav and this could be the reason for a low number.Hello. Been on the Highlander 3rd Gen, but new to this particular forum because I'm seriously looking at the 2017 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. I've already posted in RAV4 Hybrid forum, but there seems like more lurkers here  Plus a couple of my other questions are not specific to the Hybrid.
I'm keeping it simple and not interested in any additional options other than the mudguards. If you purchased one, would you mind sharing how much your Out the Door price? Edmund's True Market Value says the price should be around $33,700 and I'm curious as to how close that compares to what people are actually paying. I'm in the SouthEast region/market.
I have used Toyota's site: southeast.buyatoyota.com and "built" my RAV4 with Galactic Aqua Mica with Ash interior with mudguards and when I click the search "Inventory", only one vehicle shows up saying it's available on 12/5/2016. Why aren't there any more than just that one?!? Does this mean that Toyota is not "producing" a lot of these 17 RAV4 Hybrid Limiteds?!? Maybe I'm being a snob, but if I'm buying "new", I don't want to pay for a vehicle that has been on the lot and driven. In other words, I want a vehicle that came off the delivery truck and has less than 10 miles when I test drive it before writing my check. So does this mean I will have to go to a salesman and have the dealership place an "order" for my specific vehicle since that website is not showing that a lot of RAV4 Hybrid Limiteds are being produced.
Also if anyone is privy to inventory management, is it true that December is a "good time" to purchase since it's the "end of the year"?
TIA
OTD price means nothing in these discussions since taxes and fees all vary from state to state. Best way to go about this is to compare "top-line sales price" before taxes/fees and list any applicable rebates separately. You would also need to know exactly how the RAV4 was equipped because a Blizzard Pearl w/ AT, body side moldings, all-weather mats will be priced differently than a Black w/o AT for example.Hello. Can't speak for SET, but in the Midwest these are in extremely high demand right now. Very little way in terms of discounts at the moment. Around $500 off MSRP.I have used Toyota's site: southeast.buyatoyota.com and "built" my RAV4 with Galactic Aqua Mica with Ash interior with mudguards and when I click the search "Inventory", only one vehicle shows up saying it's available on 12/5/2016.
