*help* can’t find info on internet, YouTube, info booklets~recently purchased (2 weeks ago) new 2018 model. Idk what I’m doing wrong or if I’m going deaf but, the volume level STINKS! I can barely hear caller’s voice. Have tried disconnecting Bluetooth, forgetting 4Runner, adjusting the volume on the sound settings on display, on phone, redid Entune...
I give up!!
Does phone volume NOT come through the speakers?? It sounds like it’s coming through a tin cup attached to a string 😖
Super frustrating.
Open to suggestions please 😊

Welcome to the site Desiree!

Wish I had an answer. I replaced the OEM stereo on my Camry with a JVC and its default volume for the BT phone is AWFUL. But it has an adjustment area to boost the volume on several things, including the phone, which helped. You tried the same on yours, eh? I do not have this issue on my 2015 4Runner SR5.

I have to have my phone’s volume almost all the way up to use any Bluetooth option like music and phone.
