i recently bought my 2018 Avalon ,and i found that it does not have a blind spot monitor, nor a ack up beeper when you're close to something.
I would like these apps. Does anyone know if its possible to install these, if so, where, and how much .

Cost prohibitive? If you're asking about Toyota's system, most likely very much yes.

I did a quick Google search and came up with options by searching for "aftermarket blind spot monitor". You may want to look into it if it's crucial for you.
