I know from July to August the Camry's were made in Japan until the Kentucky factory was up and running. After August it was made in the USA. So that is why there are two manuals. I don't think there is any major differences just wording.

The manual's are free off the toyota website. No need for TIS. The camry shows two manuals of the 2018 camry. I believe its because of what i stated above.
Manual as in Owner's Manual or Manual as in Service Manual? That right there is the question...

I own another car brand that has a 3rd revision of the owners manual. The latest rev gets worse and seems to cater to sheeple marketing in USA. Funny, because the original manual is pretty good and then the rest look dumb'd down for indoctrinated fools. Just a little hint..... octane and oil grade choices, simple recommendations, and maintenance choices disappeared for no reason. Cater to the enviromorons or else!
