Daughter's Corolla was totaled and gave up trying to get a new one. Bought a 2018 Camry XSE. Ad said they had both keys (smart start keys), which they 'sort of' did. They had both fobs, but one was missing the key. Any idea the best way to get just the key?

buy a new one and get it cut.

I think anyone can cut you a physical key, you might have to buy the key blank and take it to your locksmith to have it cut. You can also have a laser cut key made from a photo, just do a google search for the service.
